Senior Project Manager — iPaaS

Mission purpose : 

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex IT projects related to the implementation and evolution of the iPaaS platform. The role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing planning and execution, and ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business expectations. The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in driving project governance, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the expected quality.

Education :

• · Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• · Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a strong advantage.

Key activities/responsibilities to be performed

• · Manage and deliver complex iPaaS projects end-to-end
• · Coordinate multiple stakeholders and technical teams
• · Drive planning, execution, and governance
• · Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• · Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation

Pro. Expertise

• · Proven experience in managing complex IT projects and integration programs
• · Strong background in coordinating cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• · Experience in platform-based or transformation projects
• · Solid understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks

Technical systems

• · Experience with integration platforms (iPaaS, EAI, ESB)
• · Knowledge of APIs, messaging, and system integration patterns
• · Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• · Experience working with multi-environment setups (DEV, NONPROD, PROD)

Soft skills

• · Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• · Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• · Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• · Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and manage complexity
• · Adaptability in fast-changing and multi-stakeholder environments

Computer language

· Project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Office 365)

•  Maitrise des techniques de déploiement
•  Maitrise fonctionnelle des processus digitaux d'authentification
•  Maitrise de la méthodologie de gestion de projet
