The creation of a dedicated role in this area ensures the seamless management and optimization of Modern Client Devices (MCD), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Printing services.
With the removal of SWORD subcontractors, having an internal specialist will enhance service continuity, improve response times, and ensure better alignment with internal processes and compliance requirements.
This change will also drive cost efficiency and improve customer experience.
